So if you’re feeling exhausted from the year (how are we already heading into August?), grab a remote and see what’s new on Netflix.
This August, reality TV lovers are blessed with Harry Jowsey’s newest attempt at finding love, and the thriller The Last House will have you on the edge of your seat. If you want to celebrate Australian stories, My Brilliant Career arrives on August 13, or if you want to experience the yee-haw version of The Summer I Turned Pretty, the third season of My Life With The Walter Boys drops next week.

My Life With The Walter Boys: Season 3
The yee-haw version of The Summer I Turned Pretty is back, and it looks addictive. After a medical crisis causes the Walters and Jackie to find a new normal, it seems like the love triangle isn’t going to be resolved anytime soon. In fact, a new arrival may cause it to expand into a love square.

The Last House

My Brilliant Career
Based on the novel of the same name by Miles Franklin, this Australian story follows Sybylla, who dreams of becoming a writer. Being rebellious and free-spirited, she has no qualms about following her heart instead of settling for a safe marriage — until she falls in love.
