Corrections and accuracy

Accuracy is the whole point of this site. Every factual claim we publish is meant to be traceable to a named source, and our Methodology page lays out the exact formulas and the studies and guidance we rely on, with a ‘last verified’ date. If something there looks off, email [email protected] with the page and the issue. We check reported errors against our sources and update the page when something needs to change.

What we can and can't help with

• We can answer questions about how our calculators work, explain our sizing math, fix factual errors, and take feedback on the tools and articles.
• We can't give you a personal fitting or medical advice. A tape measure and a calculator give a confident starting point, not a guaranteed fit. For pain, postpartum recovery, or any health concern, please see a professional fitter or a healthcare provider.
